Public Notice: Unitrans Federal Transit Administration DBE Goal FFY2021-2023

UNITRANS

FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION DBE GOAL

FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2021 – 2023

 

In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g), Unitrans, as a recipient of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) assistance, announces a proposed Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) overall program goal of 1.8 percent for Federal Fiscal Years 2021-2023. This race-neutral goal represents the percentage of work to be performed by certified DBE firms on federally assisted projects.

 

Unitrans will be hosting a webinar for public participation on
Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

To participate in the webinar and/or to receive a copy of the proposed methodology, please contact Nicole Chang at nchang@gcapservices.com. Unitrans will accept comments on this proposed project goal until Friday, September 25, 2020.

 

The methodology used to determine the proposed goal will be available for public inspection for thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the following location:
