The Covell Blvd at Shasta eastbound bus stop for the Q Line will be under construction for bus shelter replacement on Thursday, January 30 through Friday, January 31 for bus shelter replacement. Bus stop will remain open but be aware of construction activity.
The Mace Blvd at Chiles Rd southbound bus stop (Nugget Market) for the Q Line will be closed on Monday, January 27 through Tuesday, January 28 for bus shelter replacement. Use Cowell at Sunrise as an alternative.
Due to construction activity, the northbound bus stop for the G, J, and P lines on Anderson Road at Villanova will be closed on Thursday, January 23 from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Use Anderson at Hanover or Anderson at Amherst as an alternative.
The Unitrans Advisory Committee (UAC) meets quarterly and reviews Unitrans service, routes and schedules, funding, projects, and address Unitrans issues brought forward by citizens. The UAC provides recommendations to the Davis City Council on issues brought before them. All are welcome to attend and a public comment period occurs at the beginning of the meeting. In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, on Monday, January 20, Unitrans will operate on a WEEKEND schedule.
Saturday, December 7 from 9:00am to 12:40pm, hop on board the free double decker Farmer's Market Shuttle. Shuttle provides service from downtown to the UC Davis Memorial Union every 20 minutes. Pick up location at the Farmer's Market is 3rd/C Streets.
On Thursday, December 5, starting at approximately 4:00pm, the annual Tree Lighting Parade and Ceremony may start delaying traffic and bus service downtown. Expect delays on all lines serving the downtown area including the P, Q, A, Z, and E lines until approximately 8:00pm.
On Monday, December 9 thru Friday, December 13, Unitrans will operate FINALS service. All customers ride FREE on Finals week.
On Monday, December 16 thru Friday, December 20, Thursday, January 2, and Friday, January 3, Unitrans will operate BREAK service. During Break service, there is no Silo service. All routes operate from the Memorial Union. Service is only provided on the B,E,F,G,K,L,M,P,Q,V, and Z lines. The L and V lines operate to/from the Memorial Union Terminal.
On Monday, December 23 thru Monday, December 30, Unitrans will only operate WEEKEND service with NO service on Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25, Tuesday, Dec. 31, and Wednesday, Jan. 1.
On Saturday, November 23, the P and Q lines will be detoured from 8am-12pm due to the Davis Turkey Trot foot race. Expect delays all morning.
Stop Closures:
F St/Covell and Covell/J - From 8am-9am only. Use Anderson/Villanova or Covell/Pole Line as alternates.
14th/B Street, 14th/Oak Street, and 14th/F Street - From 8am-12pm. Use Anderson/Villanova or F/Covell as alternates.
On Wednesday, November 27, Unitrans will operate a special airport bus from the Memorial Union Bus Terminal to Sacramento Airport. The bus will depart every hour starting at 10am and ending at 7pm. Also on Wednesday, Nov. 27, all bus service will end after 8:10pm. Click here for schedule!
On Thanksgiving Day, November 28, there is no Unitrans bus service. Use Yolobus 42A/B as an alternative. On Friday, November 29, Unitrans will operate a WEEKEND schedule.
