Need a ride to Sacramento Airport on Wed, Nov 21? Try Unitrans! Unitrans will run a special airport shuttle from the Memorial Union Terminal to Sacramento Airport on Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 10am to 7pm. Buses will leave every hour on the hour. Undergraduate IDs and regular fares/passes apply. Unitrans will supplement Yolobus' 42A service. Together, a bus will leave the MU Terminal every 30 minutes to the airport! In observance of Veteran's Day, Unitrans will operate WEEKEND service on Monday, November 12.
Starting Wednesday, September 26, Unitrans will resume Regular Service.
As previously advertised, Unitrans will temporarily suspend 15 minute service from 11am to 3pm on weekdays on the D, G, J, V, and W lines. Those lines will operate every 30 minutes from 11am-3pm and will continue running every 15 minutes during the morning and afternoon commute times. Unitrans will re-implement 15 minute service as soon as possible.
With traffic conditions worsening, the Wednesday LATE START T Line will have a schedule update effective Wednesday, October 10. The morning line will operate 10 minutes earlier than previously. Click here for latest schedule.
The new S line will also start serving North and West Davis for service to Davis High School and Holmes Junior High. This one-year pilot project will be closely monitored and evaluated based on ridership and customer feedback. Click here for S Line schedule.
Unitrans' Ride Free on Spare the Air Day promotion ends on Sunday, August 26. This year, Unitrans has provided 17 days of free rides to all customers to encourage the community to leave the car at home and try transit. Customers will continue to ride free on any additional announced Spare the Air days between now and Sunday, August 26. This promotion will return in 2019. Thank you for your support in reducing greenhouse gas emissions!
Unitrans is proposing fare and service changes starting in July 2018 to help increase revenues, decrease costs, and more efficiently use resources.

On Monday, March 26 through Thursday, March 29, Unitrans is operating BREAK service. We operate at a lower frequency and only from the Memorial Union Terminal on BREAK service. On Friday, March 30, Unitrans is operating WEEKEND service in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.

In observance of President's Day, Unitrans will be operating Weekend Service on Monday, February 19. Regular service resumes on Tuesday.
Unitrans has proposed a revised Program of Projects that will form the basis for an amended grant application to be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). FTA regulatory guidance requires the City of Davis and Unitrans to make the proposed POP available for public inspection and comment. All comments received by Monday, February 12, 2018 will be forwarded to the Davis City Council for consideration at its March 6, 2018 meeting.
