Davis Joint Unified School Student ID - Accepted
Youth 18 and under ride fare free with a current, valid school issued student identification card. If your child does not have a valid school ID, you may fill out the youth pass application and send to Unitrans at unitrans@ucdavis.edu or mail to:

School IDs are the preferred method to access the bus. Youth passes expire every summer.
No youth pass or valid student ID? Then you must pay the regular $1.50 fare or have a valid alternative pass.
UC Davis International English Program - Accepted
By showing valid UC Davis issued AggieCard or ID. Without AggieCard/ID card, fare is $1.50. No photocopies or digital images accepted.
Los Rios Community College Pass - ZipPass Accepted
Los Rios Community College District students with a valid Sacramento Regional Transit Los Rios Bus Pass may ride fare free. Unitrans drivers and conductors may request that you tap the pass on your phone screen to ensure that the pass is valid and active. For more information on this pass, click here to visit the Los Rios Community College District website. Unitrans does not administer this program and cannot answer questions about it.
Yolobus & Sacramento RT Passes & Transfers - Accepted
Unitrans will honor unexpired Sacramento Regional Transit and Yolobus physical and ZipPass passes and transfers. The Connect Card cannot be used on Unitrans as valid fare because they cannot be verified by the bus driver. If you are using a Connect Card and wish to transfer to Unitrans, please request a printed transfer from the Sacramento RT/Yolobus driver, and then use that as your fare when boarding Unitrans. Physical transfers will be collected and deposited into the farebox.
Capitol Corridor/Amtrak Ticket - Accepted
Unitrans will honor unexpired/same day Capitol Corridor transfers, tickets, and passes. Show your valid eTicket or paper ticket/pass to the driver.
Medicare Card Holders - Accepted
Unlimited access by showing valid card. Driver or conductor may request ID for verification.
City of Davis Employee ID Badge - Accepted
Unlimited access with valid employee identification card only. Note that Davis Joint Unified School District employees are not City of Davis employees. No photocopies or digital images accepted.
