Service and Pass Price Changes Effective Monday, August 4, 2025

Starting Monday, August 4, 2025, the following service and pass prices changes are effective:
 
Pass Price Changes
Pass prices will increase for the 10-Ride Ticket, Monthly Pass, Quarterly Pass, and Annual Pass. Click here for pass information: Fares & Paid Passes | ASUCD Unitrans. Customers who do not have a valid pass or fare will not be able to ride.
 
Prices Effective August 4. 2025:
  • 10 Ride Ticket - $9.50
  • Monthly Pass - $38
  • Quarterly Pass - $97
  • Annual Pass - $270
 
J & W Line First Morning Trip Changes
During Finals and Summer Service, the first morning trips are adjusted to match the Regular Service schedule. Trips will start earlier and begin at the inbound portion of the route.
 
A and Z Line Last Evening Trip Changes
During Summer Service, the A line departure at 10:10 PM will only operate outbound to El Cemonte Avenue at Glide Drive.
During Finals Service, the Z line departure at 11:10 PM will only operate outbound to Alhambra Drive at Mace Boulevard.
If you are already on the bus before the final stop, the driver will take you to your destination bus stop.
 
L Line Schedule Adjustment
The B Street at 5th Street outbound timepoint is moved to B Street at 4th Street (Central Park) and changed to arrive one minute earlier. No other timepoints are adjusted.
 
Bus Stop Changes
  • The F Street at 8th Street inbound bus stop (#122) on the E line is discontinued. Please use the 8th Street at G Street inbound bus stop approximately 400 feet to the east.
  • The Arlington Boulevard at Cabot Street bus stop (#210) is moving approximately 100 feet west, closer to Cabot Street.
  • The Pole Line Road at Donner Avenue bus stop (#260) is moving approximately 80 feet south, closer to Donner Street.
Service Frequency
Unitrans is committed to operating the level of service shown in the 2025-2026 printed schedule. If driver staffing is better than expected, additional trips will operate on the J, V, and W lines. If driver staffing is lower than expected, service frequencies may be reduced on select lines. For the most current schedule information, always go to unitrans.com.
